Certainly the institution has come a long way from just 52 students to a staggering figure of more than 7000. Today the school and college buildings stand as landmarks in the D. N. Nagar area bearing testimony to the fact that when administration, dedication and devotion go along with initiative, success is certain. There is still much more to be achieved but with perseverance and continued cooperation of the public, the day may not be far off when the institution can become a one-stop educational institution from K G. to P.G.
We have a team of qualified teachers and a counsellor who enable our students to attain their highest potential. The smart classrooms enable us to impart education using modern techniques. We ensure that learning becomes an enriching and joyful experience for our students. As an inclusive institute, our school strives to create a safe and secure learning environment for all the students irrespective of their gender, religion and disabilities.
We firmly believe in the words of Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, ‘Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world’. Our students are not only taught the curricular aspects but equal focus is given on developing their life skills so they are ready to take up all challenges when they set out from the school. Our institution is the best institution for complete personality development, multiple activities, opportunities, quality education and motivation.
As we strongly believe in our mission, we ensure that our students get ample opportunities in various fields like sports, art, music, technology and also take initiatives to raise awareness in the various fields of curriculum.
Every academic year begins with the investiture ceremony wherein the head boy, the head girl, the school captain, vice captains, house captains, class captains, green marshals and volunteers are selected by the teachers. This encourages the students to take ownership and responsibility for their school. Many in house competitions are conducted for the students to instil healthy competitive spirit among them and bring out the best in them.
We celebrate all the festivals with our students thus inculcating in them sensitivity and respect towards all religions.
